My husband and I share a deep passion for ranching and a profound respect for the animals we work with. Together, we’ve built a life centered on caring for cattle and training horses, blending tradition with a commitment to ethical practices. Ranching cattle is more than a job for us—it’s a way of life. From early mornings checking the herd to the long hours spent ensuring their well-being, we take pride in raising livestock with care and respect. Our approach emphasizes low-stress handling and sustainable stewardship of the land, ensuring that every decision we make benefits both our animals and the environment.
Training horse and rider has become a passion of mine, and I find immense fulfillment in helping horses and their handlers build trust and mutual understanding. As an accredited clinician through Michelle Jerry Horsemanship, I focus on compassionate, ethical training methods that foster a true partnership between horse and rider. Through my work, I’ve created opportunities for others to embrace the values of integrity, respect, and connection with the animals that share our lives, enriching the bond between horse and human.
Miles and I have built a life together rooted in hard work, love, and a shared passion for the land and animals. Our days are filled with the rhythms of ranching, from caring for our cattle to maintaining the land we cherish in Central Minnesota. We find joy in working side by side, raising our family and living a life that reflects the values we hold dear—integrity, compassion, and dedication.
While our work keeps us busy, we always make time for the little moments that matter—whether it’s watching the sunset over the pastures or sharing laughter around the dinner table with our five children. Together, we’ve created a home that blends tradition, purpose, and connection, building a legacy we’re proud to share with our family and community.
